22 Mile
Middle Fork Trail Run 2026
Organized by Northwest Trail Runs
About This Distance
The 22 Mile is a stout, scenic long run that mixes Middle Fork singletrack with a stretch of Middle Fork Road on the way toward the Goldmyer area. The profile stays relatively modest compared to big mountain races, but it’s still a serious day out — especially if the weather turns classic fall PNW.
Course notes from NWTR: the 22 Mile course also crosses Burnt Boot Creek, which typically can be waded; organizers often build at least a minimal log bridge for those comfortable with a dry-foot crossing.
