10K

The Middle Fork 10K is an out-and-back on the CCC trail system with shaded river-valley scenery and a friendly, approachable effort. It’s a great distance if you’re newer to trail running or want a fast day on soft tread in the woods.

You’ll still get plenty of Middle Fork atmosphere — lush forest, river views, and the feeling of being tucked into the valley — without the longer-distance commitment.

From the trailhead, the 10K uses the CCC connector and CCC Trail to a turnaround aid station where the CCC Trail meets Middle Fork Road, then returns the same way.

Official race-day details list 810 feet of climbing, one aid station at 3.3 miles, a 2:00 PM course close for the 10K, and a 6:00 PM overall event close.
